How to Book Your Holiday
After you've found your preferred holiday online, the next step is to speak with one of our Reservations Consultants.
Our experienced team will help confirm availability, explain the booking conditions and complete your reservation.
Booking process
Step 1: Find your holiday
Use the Mahindra Our Vacation Centre portal to search for your preferred destination, travel dates and holiday type.
Step 2: Contact Reservations
Once you've chosen your preferred option, contact our Reservations team.
Your consultant will:
- Confirm live availability
- Verify the latest pricing
- Explain any applicable terms and conditions
- Answer any questions about your holiday
- Complete your reservation
Step 3: Provide your traveller details
Your consultant will collect the information required to complete the booking, including:
- Member details
- Traveller names
- Contact information
- Special requests, where applicable
Step 4: Confirm payment
Your consultant will advise:
- Deposit requirements
- Final payment due date
- Accepted payment methods
Some travel products require full payment at the time of booking, while others may allow a deposit with the balance due later. Payment requirements vary depending on the supplier and fare conditions.
Step 5: Receive your confirmation
Once your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your itinerary and booking details.
Travel documents will be issued closer to your departure date once all booking requirements have been met.
